Mac Native Games / Site information
Terms
These terms cover the Mac Native Games guide and its browser tools. They explain how to use the information, respect game and project rights, and contact us about a problem.
What the site provides
Mac Native Games provides English guides, game and project references, reported performance records, and tools that prepare commands or controller configuration text. You can browse and use the tools without a site account or payment.
- The website does not run games, build apps for you or inspect game files.
- A generated command is text for you to review and run on your own Mac.
- The About page describes the guide; Privacy explains tool entries and analytics.
Use files and software you have rights to use
Follow the applicable rules and the licenses for the software and files you use. A source-code license does not give permission to copy or distribute a game, its assets, firmware, fonts or keys. This guide supplies none of those files.
- Use the original project or publisher’s download links.
- Do not send game images, keys, passwords or other private material to this site.
- Keep game versions and source branches separate when following instructions.
Copyright, trademarks and linked projects
Game names, trademarks, artwork and third-party screenshots belong to their respective owners. Names and images identify the software discussed; their use does not imply a partnership or endorsement. Mac Native Games is independent of the MacNativeGames GitHub project and the publishers covered here.
Linked source code, mods and downloads have their own licenses and terms. For reuse of this site’s original writing or diagrams, or a concern about material on a page, contact us with the exact URL.
- Website material
- The guide and its original explanations.
- Third-party software
- The separate game, project, store or mod and its own conditions.
Review changes and keep a backup
Before running a command or changing a configuration, check its paths, target version and expected output. Keep a separate backup before replacing an app, transferring saves or installing mods.
- Use the steps for your actual device and branch.
- Do not disrupt the website, probe for private data or use its contact channel to send malicious files or spam.
- For an unexpected result, stop and follow the relevant recovery instructions before making further changes.
Outside services and purchases
Game purchases, subscriptions, accounts and refunds are handled by the store or publisher you choose. Their availability, prices and terms are separate from this guide. The same applies to the maintainers of linked community projects.
Use their official support for account access, billing or a game-service issue. Use our contact page to report an incorrect link or instruction here.
Information, availability and changes
Instructions describe the versions and conditions stated on the page. A reported frame rate is not a promise for another Mac, scene or setting. Third-party software and services can change independently.
The guide is practical information, provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular game result. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. We revise these terms as the service changes and show the revision date above. Questions about their application can be sent to contact@macnativegames.com.
